I went here with my younger brother with another friend of his that works for Bacardi, and they were hosting a party. Lots of rum and coke. A great set of DJ’s and a good crowd. A great live venue spot. HOB are scattered across the nation and the always have a great live show, DJ, or some great event. The food is not bad too. Great party spot, restaurant is a good jump off spot

Preparty

I forgot about some parts of the nightlife culture. One of the biggest parts is the Preparty, drinking at clubs is sometimes not cheap. So Wristband Bandits is starting a new group of post on preparty drinks, some classics, some by other people, and some originals. I hope you enjoy, drink up.

• Napkinnights.com-A Social network of clubs and bars in selcted city’s. They are mainly on the west coast, but serves as a great way to check out the club scene in cities like Las Vegas, LA, San Diego, Portland, and the other cites they are in.
• Vimby.com– A multimedia lifestyle network featuring a lot of cities coast to coast, with a nightlife section. Even thou VIMBY focuses on video, they offer a wide variety other media like photo and events section. In the nightlife section, there are video and photo profiles on clubs, bars, and promoters, and a list of events in the city you happen to be looking in.
• Modelux – Pretty people party around the world all caught on tape and put on the net. The videos are fun to watch
  
• The White Party – From the same person who brought you Modelux, bring you a great website of a club on the other side of the planet. A fun site to visit.
  
• Matador Nights – The nightlife section of Matador.com (see my review of this site on my other blog)
• Xoomer – A photo blog a great beachs, half naked women, and clubs all over the world.
  
• LX.tv– A great lifestyle web video network, click on the nightlife tab and get great profiles on clubs in the NYC and LA area.
